Does SAI screen their guests?

Yes. No matter the length of stay, we require identity verification and screening before a reservation.

Who are SAI guests, and how long are their typical stays?

SAI guests and clients include those traveling for business, special events, and family vacations. Our stays range from one night to six months. 

Does SAI Stays have a cleaning team?

After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request.

We also, have repair professionals on hand.

Is SAI ​insured against damages? 

Each of our properties carry all the necessary insurance coverage needed.  You can rest assure that your property and its contents are covered.  In the event that insurance does not cover something we will guarantee its replacement.  

As a landlord, how can I insure rent will be paid on time?

SAI’s parent company has been around for over 20 years with a great credit rating, great financial records, and excellent banking relationships.  We will setup automatic direct payments from our accounts to any desired account.  We will also agree to any late payment penalties that landlords may require. 

What happens if my property is damaged or stolen?

Each of our local hosts are highly trained in the area of guest screening and background checks.  Our expert property management team also completes a comprehensive checklist in between each stay, ensuring the safety and security of your property.  However, if something is ever damaged or stolen from your property, we guarantee that it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.  Rest easy knowing that you are covered - 100% free of charge.
